Complimentary consultation
This is an opportunity to get to know each other and discuss your preferences for birth and expectations from my role as your doula.
2 Prenatal visits

On duty 24/7
Starting 2 weeks before your due date. I will be on the other side of the phone 24/7.
Continuous labor support
Once in labor, whenever you voice a desire for my presence, I will arrive to your place of labor/birth . I will support you continuously throughout labor, for as long as it may take.
Immediate postpartum support
I will be there to support you after birth to help with anything you may need, be it feeding you a nutritious meal, providing information on newborn care, or breastfeeding initiation support.
1 Postpartum visit around 2 weeks after birth
During this visit, we will review your birthing experience and I will support you in any way you may need me, from breastfeeding to newborn care, and more.
Postpartum phone and email communication
After the postpartum visits, I will be available to you by phone and email for as long as you may need me.
